Who is SMHeart?
Matthew Phillips
Matthew Phillips is one of the original Internet Homesteaders staking his claim back in 1994 with an Internet accessible email address. Shortly thereafter he took on his first technical job as a support technician for an Internet Service Provider.
Since 1997 Matthew has studied how people seek information and how to present sought after information in a manner that increases individualized retention.

KD Derr
KD Derr is an exuberant crusader against unnecessary jargon. She believes, if you know what you are talking about every message can be made accessible to a fourth grader. She spent over a decade making electron microscopes seem simple. Now she is focusing on helping others distill their messages.
